Hi! I'm Alyssa. I'm 24 years old. I love the outdoors, reading, and art. I have an arts degree as well as a medical degree. I'm comfortable with kids from infant to 12 years old. I have a total of five younger cousins in my immediate family, and I've helped raise all of them. From changing diapers, to play time, making meals, and defusing melt downs, I've done it all. I have also been a camp counselor for a science and engineering camp where I worked with ages 5-12. I have my Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association which means I'm certified in CPR as well as the himlec maneuver in infants and young children. I love interacting and expanding the minds of kids. I don't want to just sit them in front of the TV for hours on end. From doing arts and crafts with kids, reading books, playing outside, creating plays, to doing science experiments. I'd consider myself patient, responsible, and conscientious.
