We hired Sara to watch our three kids part time and after the first two days left us with no notice and no chance to find replacement care. She was not able to handle our 2 year old who was still adjusting to a new care provider and not getting Mommy's attention. I would not recommend Sara unless your child is "easy". The sad part was that my kids really did love her, but were not given a chance to adjust to the change.
