I have been working with kids younger than me since middle school, when I was a camp counselor at a Cub Scout summer camp. Since then, it's been summer camps, camping trip leader, academic tutoring, teaching English to Korean kids, and now, bullying coach (I teach smart personal protection to 10-16 year olds). I love inspiring kids, helping them latch on to their dreams, and take themselves seriously. I can't stand seeing a kid down on him or herself, and more than anything, I want to help kids see the amazing people they are and can become. I've found this outlet through tutoring, but sometimes, a kid's dreams just don't sync up with the expectations of our academic institutions.
