I am from Boulder, Colorado and go to school in Portland, OR at Portland State University. I am taking a couple terms off to make some money. I'm an experienced childcare worker, with plenty of energy, knowledge, helpfulness and loyalty to go around. I have experience with all ages. I have been babysitting and have worked over 5 years with newborns and children of all ages! I consider myself a very outgoing and kind person with a very patient and loving heart. I am currently interning with an organization where children with mental health problems are housed and treated. I keep myself busy and I really enjoy working with kids, it truly is my passion. In my free time I enjoy hiking, painting, crafts, yoga and music. I am going to school for Occupational Therapy and specializing with children and only have one more year left of undergrad! I just Read more got back from Africa; I went to Ghana through a volunteer program to work with children at an orphanage. It was an incredible experience.
