Texting was the way of communication after an email. Phone conversations where had when we decided to set up an in person interview. After spending several hours at our home she agreed to come the following morning to stay with children while I ran a few quick errands and attended my son's school party. She was set to arrive at 7:30. At 7:55, I contact her only to find out she had sent a text "to the wrong person" letting me know she would not be coming that day and after a conversation that morning with her fiancé she would not be taking the job. At least a phone call to assure I had gotten the message would have been nice. . . . or a phone call to let me know she was not longer interested in the job.
