I am a single mother, full time employee and student. My job recently put me on night shift, and Spring has been a complete life saver. She has more than accomidated my needs and has been very supportive. For the first time ever I can honestly say that I am at peace working nights-knowing that my girls are tucked in bed at her home, and will have a great morning with her. They are happy and engaged when I pick them up and are always excited to return.

She was vrey great with my boys! Unfortunatley she lived too far or I would still love her to watch them. My baby was always happy when I got home, and when I picked him up he would reach out to her.

I set up an interview with Spring and when the time came the next day, she had not called, emailed or contacted me in anyway to let me know she would be unable to attend. I wanted, called and emailed. I find this very unprofessional as well. I see that it was done before but chose to over look it based on the positive reviews. I still have not heard anything from her and was giving her the chance to explain.

We have found Spring to be very reliable and wonderful with the full range of challenges my kids present. We found her to be professional and loving, able to jump in and take care of the kids no matter how the day is going and able to anticipate what the kids need. Her experience shows in the fact that I do not have to leave explicit instructions for every little thing, but can rest assured she can handle whatever crops up.

My husband and I have had Spring watch our 20 month old daughter and have nothing but great things to say! She was very professional when she came for the interview and also when she has watched our daughter. My daughter took to her right away and didn’t even cry when we left which she has done every other time we have had a sitter. She is extremely qualified and professional and we are very happy that we have found her!

Spring has become a wonderful addition to the family! Her availability, promptness, and respect to our family has been a blessing. Anytime we needed someone, even very last minute, she was able to come. She is always early for the time we needed her and has stayed late when we were returning a few minutes past the time we said we would. Our son typically cries when we leave and she is able to get him settled down and he's smiling and waving at us as we leave from the driveway. We are thankful we found her on here and would recommend her to any family :)

I have had Spring working for me now for over one month and have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with her. She sits for my four month old son and has ALWAYS showed up on time, is completely reliable and never calls off. My son loves her and she is very good with him. The most important thing for me is RELIABILITY and Spring is definitely reliable...Unlike the previous "review" I have found that she always shows up when she says she will and sometimes even comes to sit for me last minute. Her communication skills with me are excellent. She texts me often to let me know how my son is doing during the day while I'm gone and she also keeps me posted on her availability every week. RARELY is she not available for anytime and any day which I find extremely conveinant....I consider her a part of our family now and would HIGHLY recommend her to sit for anyone! We have been very satisfied with Spring and definitely rate her "Excellent".

NOT regarding Spring's babysitting/nannying skills per se. Spring did not show up to an interview she set up with us, and, based on a phone conversation initiated by us, was not going to call us and let us know of her cancellation either. Her justification was the distance being too great between our two homes. However, during an exchange of e-mails (prior to the would-be interview) in which we pointed out the distance and asked if she would be ok with it, she unambivalently indicated that it was not a problem. We found her failure to show up for an interview and her failure to communicate her plans with us quite unprofessional. We hope this is not a reflection of her quality as a babysitter/nanny for those whose homes are not too far away from hers.
