Former reading specialist, social teacher and then school principal has retired early from school and is moving to Austin Texas to help you with your children in your home or mine! I have nanny experience with children of all ages and have spent many summers as a live-in, in the Hamptons and Fire Island. As a reading specialist, I was trained in various reading, writing, speaking, and listening programs such as Wilson, Lindamood Bell, Guided Reading and Writing and Writers Workshops just to name a few. I have also taught study skills courses for the middle school and college level students. I'm happy, energetic, positive, loving, caring, kind, compassionate and passionate. I love to be active, teach and learn and to have fun.
