Hello community, my name is Rez (they/them), and I am currently seeking part time childcare work. I have a decade of experience with infants and children, and I'm CPR certified. I also have newborn care specialist training. My childcare style is Montessori / Waldorf / Love and Logic discipline. I have experience with baby sign language, baby led weaning, and sleep training.
