For the past 14 years, I have worked as both a full-time nanny and have been a babysitter for multiple families with children of various ages. During the past 7 years, I have been working as a full-time nanny for a family with three children. My roles and responsibilities included but were not limited to the following: *Transport children safely to school, extra-curricular activities, and to medical appointments *Schedule and ensure children are at various apportionments. *Prepare healthy meals for the children throughout the week *Provide the children with engaging activities *Help children work on homework assignments and school projects *Maintain the family home; cleaning, laundry, run errands *Communicate with parents and school as needed *Help develop a daily routine for the children I currently have a masters degree in Social Work as well as an undergraduate degree in Human Development, and a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Through my Read more education, I believe that I have the ability to support the needs of a whole child and their family. I am extremely passionate about working with children of all ages and enjoy opportunities to do age appropriate activities with them, in addition to having the chance to meet some wonderful parents. I am currently seeking a full-time summer position with the possibility of smaller employment opportunities until I return to work in the fall.
