My husband and I met this nanny after a great phone interview. After her in-person interview, which was great,m and I felt lie we bonded and was ready to hire her, we set a trial date for 3 days so I could go back to work part time. She was a no-show... I texted, called (couldn't leave a voicemail bc it was full for over a month!), and emailed for days trying to set up a specific time and confirm with her. She was not great at communicating and unfortunately I need seoen more reliable, and who can answer in any form of communication in a timely manner (or at all!).
