Hi all, My name is Destanie, I am 18 years old and have been babysitting for 6 years. I love kids and someday want kids of my own. I started babysitting shortly after my little sister was born when I was 12 years old. Not only did I get a ton of babysitting experience by living with an infant I found that I loved children. In the past six years I have babysat for 6 families. I have the most experience with children between the ages of 3 months and 7 years old. I have experience with both boys and girls. I also volunteered for the toddler summer reading program through our local libary fro 3 out of 4 years of high school, I did not volunteer this year because I was taking kids to it. I have a little bit of experience with special needs children because I was Read more responsible for a special needs child at the reading program.
