Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! I am a preschool teacher looking to help additional families on weekends as well as weekday mornings. I teach 2-3-year-olds in my class although I have experience providing care for newborns to teens to special needs and everything in between. Quality childcare has the ability to improve the lives of children and their parents, and I am passionate about providing it. My style is attached/gentle with an emphasis on nurturing emotional intelligence, curiosity and zeal for life, providing developmentally appropriate educational experiences, and encouraging cooperative behavior through positive reinforcement. I am very hands on, love sensory play, arts and crafts, STEM and the outdoors. Whenever possible I prefer to be out and about, whether exploring nature, visiting a museum or having a playdate. As time allows I am happy to help with light housework, laundry, meal prepping, errands, etc.
