I am moving from Baltimore to Fort Collins at the beginning of June and am looking to nanny for a family in need of summer help. I have been providing care to children for the past 12 years. I have been responsible for children of several different families, including special needs children, from ages 3 months-13 years old. I have cared for children overnight at their homes while parents were out of town on several occasions. As a camp counselor in NY for 9 summers, I was responsible for 14 children (pre-k/kindergarten ages) at a time for 8 hours per day by engaging them in age-appropriate play. Over the past 2 summers, I was a full-time nanny for a family of 2 elementary school-aged children. Since graduating from Towson University with a Family & Human Services degree in Dec 2015, I was employed as an Early Intervention ABA Instructor for Read more children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Trellis School in MD until this May, where I taught communication and functional play/life skills. I also worked in-home ASD interventions through the Trellis School.
