I am a recent college graduate, who studied journalism. I attended Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and moved back to Colorado to spend time with family. Over the past four summers I've been employed at Camp Lonehollow, an overnight adventure camp in Texas for boys and girls. Through camp I've been employed as a counselor--supervising cabins overnight--and a division director--overseeing the 5th-7th grade division and the counselors assigned to that division. I have experience teaching arts and crafts, writing and photography, and I've planned and executed fun and engaging evening programs for 100+ kids. I love working with kids because of the creativity and energy they bring to everything they do. From working at camp, I've seen firsthand how mature and intelligent kids can be while still being kids and having fun. There's always an interesting story to tell after spending a day engaging with kids.
