I am 40 years old and currently employed by Adams 12 Five Star Schools as an elementary teacher. Previously, I worked as an elementary teacher at The Pinnacle Charter School, Before moving to Colorado, I worked at Walt Disney World as a lifeguard, then as a scheduler. While working at Disney, I also worked with the children's activities. I was responsible for childcare at the resorts that I worked at. I am also a graduate of the University of Central Florida College of Education, with a degree in Exceptional Student Education. Over the years, I was the primary sitter for six different families. One family had two children, one of which has autism. I have experience working with children with special needs. I provided care for each child beginning on their first days home from the hospital. Another family I cared for also had me travel with them on Read more vacations to care for their son. I had another family that I cared for which required me to pick them up from school, help with homework, and help prepare dinner. In high school, I cared for two girls that required me to prepare lunch, dinner, help bathe, and put them to bed.
