This person should not be a nanny. She put both of my children in danger by leaving them outside unattended. She did this on multiple occasions inside and outside. Then when confronted on inappropriate behavior she becomes extremely defensive and unprofessional. I fired her and had to block her number due to many inappropriate text messages. Do not hire this person.
