I have years and years of child care and pet care experience! I am a senior at the University of Northern Colorado studying Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education and I absolutely love it. I began working as a swim instructor in 2012. I worked the summer of 2012 and then was asked to run the program and asked to teach all of the private swim lessons for the athletic club. I have now been doing that and loving It for 5+ years now! I have taught anywhere from ages 6months-70+ year old adults! Over the years, I have had many many families ask me to babysit their kids and watch their pets/houses while they go out of town. One of my strengths is definitely how trustworthy I am- two families left the country for over a week with no service and left me with their pets and Read more young children. That is not to say I only do long stays with pets and children, many parents ask me to babysit their kids during the day or at night while they have a night out. I am joining this app because the Athletic Club I work at is currently closing the pool for maintanence, and it is not going to open until at least February. I would love to continue working with children and animals while the pool is getting worked on and would like to continue using this app even when it re-opens.
