I am a 36-year old, female professional, living in Montrose. I am married with a sweet 2 year-old chocolate lab mix. I am college educated and received my B.S. at University of Minnesota and my Masters in Public Policy from American University in Washington, DC. I currently work for the U.S. Forest Service as a high level manager and am looking to make some extra fun money to help out.  I have a somewhat flexible schedule, but am mostly looking for 1-2 nights a week, although currently I am furloughed due to the government shutdown and have much more time available.  I do not need a set number of hours, so it would be fine if some weeks you need more help than others. A little about me, I am originally from Racine, WI. I grew up with two younger sisters and have been babysitting since I was twelve. I Read more was a nanny for a senior vice president at General Mills in Minneapolis for 7 years and am still very close with the family. I have also watched other families' children over the years in the summers or on a semi-regular basis including a former governor of Minnesota's grandchildren, and two U.S. diplomats' children while living in DC. In terms of professional training, I do not have a background in education, however I was a camp counselor for many years and have some experience working in environmental education. I am also CPR/First Aid Certified.
