Hello My name is Oshun Kween I'm 27 years young currently living in Bristol, Ct. I am a mother to a 5 year old boy. Perusing a job in childcare. I absolutely love children and as a parent I understand the anxiety of some when choosing what's best for care when its time to provide for our little ones. I am patient, I am compassionate, and would love to be the glue holding your family together and lowering your stress by being the reliable support in your corner. I am currently a Certified Nurse Assistant. Childhood development is very important to me, for our children are the future of our society. Focusing on children needs ensuring a healthy and safe environment. Engaging in activities with motor, social and cognitive skills. Skills such as eye contact, response to name call, gaze shifts, pointing, gestures, sitting tolerance, attention are critical to a Read more baby's development.They are foundation skills on which babies develop other skills such as speech, academics, socialization etc. Absence/inadequate development of skills such as pointing , joint attention, eye contact, response to name etc warrant a developmental evaluation, as they are high risk for Autism. I also have a little brother with Autism who is a ball of joy. I don't do labels every child is unique in their own way and is worthy of love and affection. Id love to be apart of your team and if given the opportunity I can show case my talents and skills. I don't want to be your babysitter id like to become apart of your family I will care for your child as if they are my own. I am very energetic, upbeat, positive and love being involved 100%. My son is entering kindergarden this year so im available around the clock, with the exception of I do drop off and pick him up from school everyday at 8:30 am and 3pm. Anytime after 3pm he is present because i dont have realiable and dependable sitters around me.
