Hi, I am a former high-school rowing coach (boys and girls) looking for a position supervising and guiding middle-school or high-school aged children afternoons / early evenings after school. My most recent prior experience, 15+ years in the global capital markets, included a focus on promoting performance across a global base of clients and colleagues, which involved leading, teaching, and advancing numerous junior staff, as well as several analysts and interns. My approach to positioning others for success has included various aspects of goal-setting, feedback, and modeling behavior.
