I had a phone screen with Taylor which went really well and proceeded to schedule an interview for Friday, Sept 22nd at 9am. Taylor was a "no show"; I waited for over 30mins. I called to see if she was running late, there no response. It was such a waste of my time. Taylor NEVER called, texted or emailed to explain why she didn't show.
