My name is Mya, and I was born in Sharon, CT and relocated to Amenia, NY when I was about twelve. I had an amazing childhood with loving parents. I attended and graduated High School in Falls Village, CT at Housatonic Valley Regional High School. I began loving being a caregiver and babysitter at a young age. My mom is a nurse and brought me to work with her when she worked with elderly people, and I would just sit and have conversations with them and learn about the amazing lives they had and how different it was back then. I would paint their nails, and watch tv with them. When I was fourteen I got my first babysitting job ever, everyday after school with 3 kids helping them do their homework and then finding arts and crafts to do as well as playing outside and doing outdoor stuff like Read more kids should do. I love watching young minds adapt, and putting myself into their minds and playing with them and pretending to be a kid again. I love working with both elderly, and children.
