I am 36 years old and have a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I started babysitting when I was approximately 12 years old all the way through college. I interned at an elementary school and middle school as well as Vernon Youth Services during my senior year in college. After I graduated I worked as a case manager for teens on probation. I have also worked with children and young adults in group homes and residential care facilities. During this time I gained experience working with children who had mental, physical, and or learning disabilities and was responsible for administering medications. Currently I work as a Contact Specialist at a well known non profit agency. I provide information and referral for social services to callers as well as crisis and suicide prevention.
