Hello! My name is Lauren currently a student at the wonderful University of South Carolina. I am currently a senior completing a degree in International Business and Economics with a minor in German. I have been fortunate enough to have been able to study abroad twice in my collegiate career, once in Munich, Germany and more recently in Cape Town, South Africa. I love learning about new cultures and traveling to far away places that I hope to one day incorporate into my career. I am a proud member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and am avidly involved in our philanthropy the Ronald McDonald House. We love playing boardgames with the children, helping the families in need, and making their days even slightly less stressful by putting a smile on their faces. I used to be a cheerleader at USC, but have since retired due to to many injuries. Read more I now teach cheerleading and gymnastics classes to elementary school aged children for fun with my friends from the team. I have been babysitting families in the New York/Connecticut area for the past 8 years and absolutely love spending time with children. Being the oldest of all my cousins and siblings, I have had a lot of experience with children of all ages, ranging from infants to toddlers to middle school aged children. I have nannied for a variety of families part time after school, as well as working as a full time live in nanny over the last two summers in Long Island. I am an Honors and AP student that grew up in the public school systems and well equipped to help with homework, as well as having a lot of experience with meal prep and working with allergies. I am allergic to gluten myself, and know all of the issues that come with a food allergy. I hope that I can help your family in your babysitting and nannying needs!
