I have many years of experience working with children of all ages. I come from a very large family where I am 1 out of 10 siblings so the skills of working with children come naturally. As a caregiver it’s is my responsibility to ensure the safety and well being of each child in my care. Safety is a major part of child care. Parents put their trust into caregivers and expect their children to be safe throughout the day. Working with young children I've realized that accidents do happen, but it is my responsibility to do everything I can to prevent certain accidents from happening and to respond appropriately if/when those accidents do take place. I am currently in college studying early childhood education. I hope that my experience working with children helps me in my future career.
