I have an Early Childhood Bachelor of Science degree from Wheelock College in Boston. I student taught in a daycare in Cambridge, MA and a kindergarten classroom in Newton, MA. I am originally from MA...born in raised west of Boston in historical Concord! All of my teaching career has been in daycare settings in MA, NC, RI and CT. Currently, I have a paralegal position (I have a Paralegal Certifcate from Suffolk University) in Mystic. I am CPR certified and have had a recent background check for my last job at a well-known daycare in East Greenwich, RI. Finances and long term planning caused me to reconsider working in the daycare field. It is not because of any other reason, as I believe deeply in the benefits of Early Childhood Education.
