I am 21 years old and have always worked with youth. I was a volunteer second grade Religious Ed. teacher for 4 years. I have also volunteered with my church's vacation bible camp for over 7 years in both leadership and recreational games. I am taking many Recreation classes at Southern Connecticut State University that works with individuals who have physical and/ or mental disabilities. I also know how to make proper adaptations to activities when needed. I was CPR certified in high school but I have not gone to get another because mine expired but I do plan on it very soon! I am very friendly and know what kids are into these days. From "Monster High", "Power Rangers", all the way to "Bubble Guppies" and "Sid the Science Kid." I am very creative and have a lot of activities for children to do! I am available weekends and weeknights after 8:00pm (My Availability is available upon request, and will be changing starting in January when my Spring semester starts.) I DO have my own car but I do not feel comfortable driving other people since I did just get my license and couldn't live with myself if anything happened to a child because of me. I also prefer to stay in my hometown of Hamden.
