My name is Amy, I am 27 years old. My husband and I live in our own home in Lisbon, CT. I graduated from ECSU in December 2015 with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I currently work for Electric Boat in Groton, CT. We have two dogs, Harley and Cooper (they are brothers). I am comfortable with pets, I love animals. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I completed that in spring of 2017 for a volunteer program I was doing. My mother ran a daycare business out of our home for around 16 years. As I grew older, I always wanted to help with the younger children. After my mom stopped doing her daycare business, my Read more sister and I both were frequent babysitters for some of the kids that my mother had cared for. My cousin also has 4 children of her own, and her boyfriend has 3 children as well, so there are 7 children living in their home. My mother has at least one of them frequently and I have babysat my little cousins many times. I haven't done as much babysitting in the past couple of years because of college and work (I was going to school and working 2 jobs at one point in time). Now that I have a lot more free time working one job, I would like to pick up something on the side. I love kids. We don't have any of our own yet but plan on having kids in the next few years. Things I enjoy doing with kids: playing outside, games, puzzles, crafts, reading, watching movies, baking snacks, etc. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.
