Hi everyone! I am a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut. I studied Allied Health Sciences, and while at school I had some great experiences working with children. I participated in the Americorps program Jumpstart which aimed to prepare at-risk pre-K children for literary success in grade school. I also was involved with the Husky Reads program which promoted healthy eating and overall health and wellness education to preschoolers and their families in Hartford. I am currently enrolled in graduate school and would love to work with children again. I have babysat children ever since sophomore year of high school when I was enrolled in a child development class. The summer before leaving home for graduate school I worked as a nanny for a family of four children. I have experience with newborns and multiples.
