I am 20 years of age and I am currently a junior at the University of Saint Joseph. My major is child study with a minor in elementary education. I am going for my bachelors to become an elementary school teacher. I have always enjoyed working and being around children, and since I was young I was always told that I worked very well with kids. Since I was about the age of 12, I began babysitting my siblings. I additionally was always asked of family friends to babysit their children. I've tutored children and helped previously with reading, math, and writing. Although I am not certified in anything in particular, I am currently being trained and educated on how to work with children, how to approach them when it comes to their social/emotional behavior, how to teach children how to read and so on.
