My name is Logan, I'm 23 years old and I have found that my passion is working with children. After graduating high school, I spend 2 years going to college and then chose to take time off starting in 2011 to gain some experience working with children in a school setting to further explore what I want to do. Since then, I have been working primarily as a one-on-one aide with special ed students. My responsibilities continued to grow and I have now gained experience with elementary through high school students. This past year, I have been working in a second grade classroom in the mornings, and with a student with Down Syndrome in the afternoons. I began working at summer camps in 2013, spending one summer at Camp Quinebaug working with children with special needs. I spent this past summer at The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp for Read more children who are chronically ill. These experiences and opportunities are ones that I am grateful for, and will be returning to THITWGC this coming summer. Unfortunately, I just recently lost my job as a student aide. I am now in search of work, beginning whenever until June 1st, for I will be going back to camp and returning to school in the Fall.
