I have worked with a high functioning autistic boy for 7 years and I am currently working with a 20-year old paralyzed girl at night, who was struck by a car 3 years ago and severe brain damage. I love working with her because the little that I can do for her makes me feel like I am making a little difference in her life. It is a wonderful feeling working with someone who is depending on you, working with kids have always been a dream for me. One day I hope to become a preschool or elementary school teacher.
