My name is Kristina James. I am currently a senior at Southern Connecticut State University studying Journalism and Communications. I have been working with children for almost 10 years now. I started when I was fifteen working for a summer tutoring camp and since then I have worked for three other daycares and one additional summer camp for the past four years. Currently I am not caring for any other family. However, I have three younger sisters, ages 14, 12, and 10, whom I help with. I have cared for children newborn to 17. I am comfortable working with all agaes. I believe that as a caregiver/ babysitter, it is importatnt to form a bond and friendship with the children you are taking care of. This helps them respect you and also makes them feel comfortable with the person watching them. I enjoy playing games (video games, board games,playing dress up, Read more etc.) with the children that I have cared for. I also enjoy arts and crafts and cooking or baking.
