To be straight forward,I have not been a nanny professionally, only to people who know me. I am the oldest of six, three boys, three girls. I have been taking care of children since I was a teenager. My name is Jessica I am 33 years old and married. I love children, animals, baking, and anything that involves creativity. The only children I have are two fur babies Max & Scraps who are two years old and absolute loves. I have had CPR training (did not renew certificate) and if there was a license for activities and creativity, I would have those also. My last project was with my two nieces who are 5 and 2, we made "no-sew" tutus! Lesson learned tutus are great just opt for the tooling with-out glitter!! I believe it is so important for children to learn, not just books but being involved in helping Read more out with things i.e rolling out the dough for cookies, cracking an egg, using the cookie cutters. I believe it gives them a sense of responsibility and contributes to their self esteem later on in life. I decided to offer my services for a couple reasons. 1. I love kids, I do not have any of my own and my nieces only get to visit occasionally as they live in a different state. 2. I love being able to help when I can and I believe I have the ability to do so. I know the struggles I face just finding someone to watch my fur-babies so I cannot imagine how tough it is to trust someone with your children. What you should know about me is I am honest, trustworthy, fun and loving and am slightly neuritic about safety. I do work full-time so would only be available on weekends and evenings after 5.
