Hello! My name is Gabby, and I am a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual in search of a summer child care job. I attended Providence College for my undergraduate education and received my master's degree from Quinnipiac University. I currently work as a 7th Grade Language Arts Teacher in Prospect, Connecticut. I seek to instill a love for learning in my students and consciously aim to provide engaging instructional activities. I am passionate about working with children and teens in both academic and informal settings. In 2014, I worked in an elementary school as a reading assistant and provided intensive reading instruction to children in grades K-4. In 2016, I served as a full-time summer nanny for two girls (ages 5 and 8). My positive experience left me eager to pursue similar positions, so I continued to use the Care.Com and Sittercity platforms to to partner with families looking for Read more caring and trustworthy childcare providers. For the past two summers, I have provided after-camp care for two energetic boys (ages 5 and 7). I also drove a teenage girl (age 13) to and from camp.
