Hi! My name is Claire and I'm a student at the University of Connecticut where I study Athletic Training, I have over 7 years of experience babysitting children of all ages. I love children and love having the opportunity to watch them learn and grow. I understand how important it is to fuel children's imaginations through activities like reading, drawing and playing outside. I also know the importance of maintaing a safe yet fun environment for the kids, as well as having open and constant communication with parents. I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified for infants and children. In addition to child care, I also have a lot of experience with pet care. I have cared for all kinds of animals, from dogs and cats to fish and chickens. I will be available until I go back to Storrs in mid August. I will be home for the entire Read more week of Thanksgiving, as well as for five weeks in December and January for winter break.
