Hi! I am a 25-year-old recent graduate with a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education ; I also have a B.A. in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences. I recently relocated to West Hartford and live very close to West Hartford Center. I have been described as energetic, responsible, nurturing and mature. I have worked as a nanny both part-time and full-time for the past 5 years. I have experience with children ages 2 months to 14 years, with the majority of my experience focused on the age group of 2 months to 5 years. I also have twin experience (multiple families)! Children under my care take a liking to me quite quickly as I do to them. :) I treat the children under my care as if they were my own and absolutely love to see them learn and grow. I think it is important to have not only a good relationship with the children, but with the parents as well. Communication is key! I enjoy reading to the children, singing songs, facilitating meaningful activities and making sure the children meet developmental milestones, going for walks, playing games, being creative and incorporating learning into every activity we do.
