In 1997 I started volunteering at my daughters school as a parental chaperone on many of her school trips. In 2003 my daughter (then a 3rd grader) joined the Girl Scouts and I become involved in planning trips, assisting in the selling of Girl Scout cookies and once again being a parental supervision. My involvement in my daughters education continued until her sophomore year in high-school. Since then I have worked in different types of daycares (children ages range from 2 - 4 years old from every walks of life), I have my CPR license, various certificates from trainings, and I am currently in school to receive my associates degree in Child Development. I enjoy challenging children to learn through exciting, creative, and most importantly interactive activities! I have done just that with my various student over the years. Many of my students parents have suggested that I should get Read more into the business of babysitting/ being a nanny because they felt as my skills would be more appreciate and best used working with children on a personal level. After giving it much thought, I have decided to start a new journey of becoming a nanny!
