We LOVE Courtney! Not only is she prompt, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, she is also a truly wonderful caregiver to our infant son. Our son was born three months premature, and so he requires extra care from a typical infant. Courtney is comfortable with giving him the medicine he needs, and she worked with medical professionals to learn the physical therapy he requires. She regularly takes him on walks, reads to him, and she knows his schedule better than we do! We are so lucky to have found such an incredible person to take care of our son. We definitely recommend her!

Courtney has babysat for our 15 month old son twice now and is wonderful. She arrives promptly and is very professional about communicating with us. My son seems to love being with her. She obviously has fun with him and has handled everything very nicely. Highly recommended!

Courtney has continuously been an amazing babysitter to my daughter. She was available recently when my daughter was quite sick and I trusted Courtney to watch her becasue I know she is very reliable/responsible/attentive. She stayed on top of the medication regimen and kept my daughter's fevers under control. This was, of course, a time that I wish I could have been there to care for my child, but Courtney was an excellent stand in since I couldnt be there. Furthermore, my daughter adores Courtney which is like icening on the cake. I highly recommend Courney for child care without reservation.

Courtney has been working for us after school for about a month and I couldn't be happier. She watches our 3 children (6 yr old girl, 8 & 10 yr old boys) and takes her job very seriously. They are having fun with her but they are also getting their homework done, doing their chores and maintaining their schedules. Courtney is very reliable and responsible. She is very good at maintaining discipline in a fun way and does not let the kids push her around. I hope Courtney will continue to work for us in this manner as long as she is in school.

We give Courtney our highest recommendation without reservation. Any family that hires her will get a true gem indeed. Because of Courtney's depth and breadth of childcare experience, and her natural intuition about parenting, she knows what questions to ask, as well as what needs and issues to anticipate. She has provided care for our two children, a 3 year-old daughter and a 1.5 year-old son, for about 2 months (since June, 2010), 20 to 30 hours per week. We love her bright and positive spirit. She is completely present with our children, finding joy in what they enjoy, getting involved in their games and imaginary play. She follows our preferences for discipline (e.g., time out), and she re-directs the children toward safer and healthier choices. She has been consistent with our potty training efforts with our 3-year-old, and she does pre-school readiness workbook exercises with her. She also takes the children to the playground and the pool. Our son is absolutely smitten with her; he holds still for diaper changes as well as finger and toenail clipping when "Miss Courtney" does it. When we think about the kind of young lady that we hope our daughter will become, we think about Courtney. A bit of background about how we came to hire Courtney: our regular childcare provider (a grandparent) fell and broke her ankle and was unable to look after the children during her rehabilitation. This fall, 2010, we will go back to our previous childcare arrangement with the children's grandmother. We will miss having Courtney as our regular sitter, and will continue to hire her on an as needed basis for as long as we can. Courtney is responsible, good at what she does, and she embodies all the qualities of an excellent sitter. Again, we wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend her without reservation.
