We have hired Natalie to pick up our son from daycare one day per week and babysit sometimes for dates. She is patient, fun and sweet with him and is a great communicator with me! She knows the importance of building a relationship with him so that he feels comfortable before she starts picking him up from daycare. We are looking forward to having Natalie as our babysitter for as long as she is able to do it!
