I became a caregiver because I get absolute joy out of working with and being around children. My mother is a Pre-K teacher and helping out in her classroom made me want to become a substitute teacher, which I did during the summer in college. I center my volunteer experiences around working with children and enjoy a range of activities. I love anything craft related, or hands on activities the most. Every 2 years I renew my Advanced Child Care certification so that I am up to date on how to best care for children and am fully briefed on safety techniques.

Alley was fabulous! Upon her arrival our 2 year old was immediately drawn to her, ran right up and jumped into her arms. We’d planned to put him to bed ourselves since it was time, and she’d have an easy evening on our couch, but he wanted her to put him to bed! She definitely has a way with little ones, and we’ll be booking her again.
