I recently completed a Masters Program in Education in the DC area and I am also a graduate from Vanderbilt University. I was accepted into a teacher training program in Washington, DC and I have been teaching here for over 5 years in elementary and middle schools. Prior to this, I participated in and completed an AmeriCorps program, working with middle-school students in the public schools in Atlanta. I have experience as an academic teacher at an after-school program with elementary-aged students and I have worked in a leadership role at many summer camps.
