Children are an important and relevant part of my life. I began babysitting/nannying as a teenager in France and have continued since I moved to the States 20 years ago. I am a registered nurse currently working in a hospital setting but find that I have extra time on my days off during the week and on weekends and would like the opportunity to be around children and care for them. I spent 5 years as a pediatric nurse therefore I have particular expertise with sick children. I am bilingual (French/English), hard working, very active, flexible, have lots of patience and energy and would love to use these qualities in the babysitting field. Most importantly I love children and find that being in their presence is one the world's greatest joys.

Martine offered a comforting feeling for our night out. She arrived for a meet and greet with our 6-month old son and immediately began interacting with him. She listened intently to our instructions and how our boy likes to played with, changed, fed, etc. During our date, Martine sent texts and even a photo of him sleeping peacefully. Thank you for letting us have an enjoyable, reassured evening out. Martine didn't just cut and run when we returned. She stayed for a few minutes and updated us on their evening and how it had gone. We will for sure use her again if we can!
