Hello my name is Kashaira Phillips. I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I have always had younger siblings, and cousins. I know the struggle of trying to balance your work day and still trying to look out for your children. My mom was a single mother, so I ALWAYS stepped in where I was needed. I would clean, cook, get my brother and sister ready for bed, and whatever else was needed around the house. I would watch her co workers children as well. Children are my passion and I love them all dearly, so I am now studying to become an Elementary education teacher at Delaware State University. This way I can make a living out of doing what I love.
