Hi spoke to Ariana many times by phone and Skype while she was in Puerto Rico. She seemed lovely and we checked her references and were all set to have her move here to start. She let us know that the airlines were problematic post-Hurricane in Puerto Rico and let us know when her first flight was canceled and she was rebooked. She promised to keep us posted... and then we heard absolutely nothing at all. I reached out by phone, text, and skype with no word. At first, we thought it might be the conditions in the PR but then we saw that power had been restored to much of the island AND that she was logging into sittercity reguarly. Very, very disappointed to have arranged everything and never received even a single note of reply from Ariana. Please be cautious about confirming plans with her! I never write reviews but wanted to warn other families.
