Growing up, I always took care of my younger siblings, as my parents were seldom home. I raised both my brother and sister from infantry until they were 7 and 8 years old. My brother has Autism, so I have a lot of experience working with children with special needs. My natural desire to play with and teach children grew from that, and since then I have worked as a mathematics tutor in Frankfurt, Germany for middle school-aged children and babysitter for young children, including toddlers. My focus has always been on creativity and learning; sitting in front of the TV does little for a developing child. Every day is an opportunity for an adventure - whether it be to the park, a new recipe, or a new book.
