I took care of both my parents when they were no longer able to take care of themselves and there was not enough help thru the system for them, I was happy to give back somehow all the love and care they gave me and my brothers. Being able to put yourself in the older person's shoes and understand that they were also my age once and had the whole world at their feet. Home care is a personal experience and it can be incredibly fruitful. I think, care giving enriches your life.
