Hello, my name is Kathryn, I am 21 years old, married, and have been babysitting since I was twelve. I have a lot of experience with all ages of children and I am very flexible and easy to work with. I love spending time with children. I live in the West Bradenton area. I have 5 years of experience teaching swimming lessons, 2 at my local high school and three at my home so I love taking kids to the pool and always staying active outside whenever the weather allows. I am certified in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, Adult and Pediatric First Aid, and Adult and Child AED. I loved teaching a Sunday School class of 4 and 5 year olds while I was home living with my parents in Indiana during the time my husband was deployed. I was also active with childcare and other childrens events at Read more my church in Indiana before I was married. My husband and I are both Christian and my childcare reflects that. Even though I am religious, I have worked with several families with other views and that is perfectly fine by me. I have plenty of references if you would like them please feel free to ask. I am a pet person as well so pets are not a problem for me. I also have had a few sign language classes and know the basics of sign language. I would be more than willing to learn more by working with a child/family that is hearing impared or hard of hearing. My goals when I care for children are to enforce the same rules and dicipline that the children are used to throughout their everyday routines. I belive that education is important and I love to help with homework or special skills for improvement. Right now, I am seeking families who are looking for date night/occasional care. My family can't rave about Kathryn enough. She cared for our 4yr old son, overnight for 2 nights while I was in the hospital having our 2nd son and handled it very well. She also watched both boys for us so my husband and I could get a date night in post baby as well as the occasional appointment that I had. While we were in NY she was a part of our family. Our boys absolutely loved her and looked forward to her coming every time. She is responsible and full of energy. We couldn't have asked for a better babysitter!!

Miss Kathryn is the best of the best. My kids loved her and would jump into her arms when she arrived at our home.( which was alwasy on time and early :)) We adore her and think the world of this strong, fun, and child adoring person! You would be a fool not to hire her, and we will want to keep her in our family forever. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a person to care for your children and who goes the extra mile for them. My house was never so colorful with projects and learning activities!
