My name is Debra and I am currently employed by a nanny agency in Gainesville. I have been with the agency almost 3 years. The family I had been working for has recently ended. I had been their nanny for 1 1/2 years. The little girl is going to pre-school, and her 2 year old sister is going to daycare. My experience lies with infants and small toddlers. I raised three of my own and now get to enjoy my grandchildren as often as possible. I have references from 3 physicians I have worked for through the agency. My approach to childcare is a very warm and natural approach. I am very caring and comforting to children and I believe that a crying baby should be picked up, and when a toddler gets a "booboo" they should be cuddled. I do understand that some parents may have different methods in their parenting styles and since parents know their children best, I am open to recommendations...as all children are unique.
