Dear Family,   I believe I am very equipped with the skills necessary to supervise and provide care for your children. I have been babysitting for seven years and I am also CPR certified for infants, children, and adults. In addition to being CPR certified, I have been C.N.A. certified for over four years along with First Aid certification.  I recently just graduated from the University of Florida and acquired my Bachelor's of Health Science degree. I plan to take a year off to save money at home and work as a babysitter. In a year, I plan to return to school to become a Physician Assistant. As an undergraduate in college, I worked at Shands Hospital in Pediatrics for two years. At Shands, I was exposed to very sick children who were in need of a lot of medical attention. While working at the hospital, I took the patients' Read more vital signs, constantly monitored patient intake and output, blood glucose testing, and assisted with personal hygiene and activities of daily living. When I wasn't busy juggling work and school, I volunteered at the local YMCA in Gainesville, Florida. I assisted the counselors with various activities for the children and accumulated over one hundred hours in my last semester of college. In addition to experience, I believe I have various personal attributes that qualify me for this job position. I am very patient and understanding when working with children and my schedule is also very flexible. I am very reliable and you can count on me to provide a safe and caring environment for the children. I believe these qualities would make me a great addition to your family.
